Pain Management Strategies

Hi and welcome to pro pain relief's official newsletter, and it's on a subject that i know too much about, chronic pain and in particular how to live with it, and live a happy and healthy life with it. I know this sounds impossible, but let's try a few of these strategies to kick start our journey .

So here we go:

According to meta analysis  conducted by AI, and below the list are my thoughts on the topic.

Let's me honest, it's hard too do any of these, properly, but if we chip away at a few of them, that's going to improve us eventually, and it's a long road, and it will be bumpy and have a few wrong turns thrown in there, but you got to try and you got to hope for a happier and healthier life. Because this , how i feel right now cannot be it, and it's time to be positive. Time to act, and time to make a change. And trust me, even writing this is confronting and emotional, what I'm trying to say is, my heart is in right place and my mission is to help all of us live a happier and healthier life.

A little bit about me, i am a veteran who left the services a few years ago now, i just couldn't do the physical work any more, which to be honest is still hard to admit and acknowledge, because that was why i loved the job in the first place. Anyway, a decade and a half after joining it was time to leave, and focus in on my health, how to fix it, and aim to be a better dad, and husband at the same time, hopefully.

Now let's start working on developing our pain management toolkits, and getting some tools in it to start with,
